The votes are in and Brett Kavanaugh will assume his position on the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

Whatever kind of Justice he may have been before this confirmation process started America can rest assured that Dianne Feinstein’s tactics have radicalized Kavanaugh and weaponized him as a warrior for the right.

Credible sources agree that as a Justice Kavanaugh has been moved much father to the right then he would have had the confirmation process be uneventful.

Punishment and vengeance will be the Hallmark of Kavanaugh’s service you bet.

Dianne Feinstein aimed high but in the end she had neither the means nor the will to succeed, and her flawed tactics ultimately will cost this country dearly.

But that is all water under the bridge right now.

The man is on the bench and the male right-wing community is going into the midterms energized like they not been since 2016.

We can rest assured they will vote, every man Jack and Jackie of them.

So what are liberals to do? What would be the most effective strategy to assure any chance of victory in the midterms especially given the excellent economy under Donald J Trump?

Up until this time it’s been an Open Secret that the only REAL issue in this election has been the impeachment of President of the United States Donald J. Trump.

This was never discussed openly by members of the Democratic Leadership because it was rightly recognized that such talk would serve to motivate Donald’s base. It had the very real potential to “awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve” of Admiral Yamamoto fame (though he may not have said that ).

Pre-Kavanaugh that was the right call, just as it was proper to silence loose cannons in the Democratic party such as Maxine Waters who continuously played the “Impeachment Card” to the delight of Donald J Trump an his political connections
and handlers at Fox News.

It made sense. We the voters all knew what the stakes REALLY were in these upcoming midterms and we knew enough to take any denials along those lines from party leaders with a wink and a nod.

We knew, we ALL did, that a vote for our local Democratic Representatives was nothing less and nothing more than a vote to drag Donald J. Trump kicking and screaming from the Oval Office.

Since we all knew, there was no reason to say it out loud and very good reason not to.

But has the Kavanaugh victory and the fantastic economic gains under the leadership of Donald J Trump changed that equation?

There are experts who would say “maybe so”.

Now it’s not the Republicans but the Democrats who are on the ropes, dispirited and feeling hopeless in the New Political Reality Dianne and the Bernie Bots have helped create by energizing Donald’s white base and given them reason to show up by the millions and millions come this November.

There are some who can say with some credibility that the great Blue Election Day Wave of 2018 reached its high water mark today, October 6th, in the Chambers of the United States Senate when Dianne Feinstein’s once promising tactic came crashing down around her ears.

Given the political realities we face today with the Donald Trump Economy on a roll and holding most of the cards reasonable people would agree that an argument can be made to play the “Impeachment Card ” and play it openly and aggressively.

And not just against Donald J Trump, but against Brett Kavanaugh too.

Credible political analysts will tell us that there is very little downside to playing the “Impeachment Card” at this point.
After all Donald’s white base is already energized and primed for election day and open acknowledgement and embracement of the “Impeachment Card” might serve to energize the currently dispirited and disorganized Democratic and liberal opposition as well

In short it may well come to be if the liberal community desires to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat this year the “Impeachment Card” may be the only card they have left to play.

The Roots of the Predatory Male in the 21th Century?

The consensus today seems to be in both the liberal and conservative communities that all American males in their youth were/are sexual predators and there seems to be evidence to support that.

This is somewhat confusing to many representatives of the senior population.
They remember the interaction of the sexes quite differently.

Many tell us that in their youth the sexually predatory male was largely unknown in what passed as “polite” society.

Certainly not in high school and not even in college for the most part throughout the 60’s ( though one senior citizen reports there were incidents involving the male teaching staff and female students that generated a certain amount of conversation ).

Historians may at some point come to ask how much easy access to birth control and abortion had to do with the apparent change in male attitudes resulting in what we started to see in the 1970’s and beyond

Back in “the day” for many older Americans there was a real fear of pregnancy among the boys and girls and it was the rare boy or girl that didn’t show great restraint because of that.

There are always exceptions but they were the “bad” boys and “bad” girls from the “wrong side of the tracks” living out on the “Pike” as they called it.

This would be an interesting angle for some credible researcher or institution to pursue given the realities of the world today, though it would not be a study that can be conducted without condemnation from some elements of society.

Kavanaugh Beyond Scotus

Now that two women are making accusations of sexual misdeeds against Brett Kavanaugh credible observers would say an investigation by the FBI would be entirely appropriate.

But there is a wrinkle no one is talking about.

If Kavanaugh is found guilty then clearly the man is not qualified to sit on any bench and therefore must relinquish his current position.

And since there is no statute of limitations on sexual abuse in Maryland, it would be entirely proper that Kavanaugh be prosecuted in a court of law and if found guilty be added to the national sex offender hot list.

On the other hand if Kavanaugh is cleared by the FBI investigation that would mean his two accusers clearly lied and the legal penalties should swift and just.
If either accuser is employed in a position where public trust is a requirement, then clearly the person’s employer would be duty bound to reevaluate.

Justice also demands they also be subject to appropriate legal remedies related to defamation of character and whatever damage it can be proved that they caused to Kavanaugh’s reputation and future and the mental health of his family.

Whichever way this goes any lack of follow-up when it comes to legal consequences would be a slap in the face to the credibility of the #MeToo movement and an insult to all the peoples of the United States of America who believe in due process of law.

This is a discussion America needs to have and it needs to start now.

The MeToo movement is in danger of jumping the shark

According to their social media pages, this is what the liberal community would have us believe

“All we need to know is that the dude is white, the dude is male, the dude is a conservative and a female made the accusation of sexual abuse.

It does not matter if Kavanaugh is guilty or not, it is incumbent upon Society to send a message that white males of a certain age will not be tolerated in political or for that matter public life.

That message must be sent loud and clear”.

Of course those marching orders only apply to men in public life of a conservative nature.

We all heard for example how the members of the liberal community today are all demanding we give Al Franken a pass for his sexual appetites.

And then we have that attorney general candidate from a certain state who happens to be a mover and shaker in the DNC and the movement remains strangely silent about him even though he is accused of doing something akin to what Kavanaugh is accused of and in his case some say, unlike the SCOTUS nominee, there might be evidence that dude actually committed the crime.

That kind of obvious double standard and hypocrisy would not help ANY social movement impress fair minded people.

Of course so far this campaign has been very effective when it comes to filling the tent with the “true believers” but the danger for MeToo is that sooner or later they may go an accusation too far and the reasonable and decent people of America may start to see the movement as one without credibility or honor as we have seen happen to so many movements so many times before.

Dianne Feinstein has got them by the balls and Donald J. Trump knows it

Dianne knows the tactic of delaying the vote on Judge Kavanaugh will be the salvation of America and all it stands for.

Her battle plan is clearly to draw this out as long as possible, hopefully beyond the midterms.

It would be a tactical error for the woman to testify now especially since it may ultimately turn out that Kavanaugh was innocent of her charges.

After all, Kavanaugh’s accuser has presented no evidence to back her play and reasonable observers can surmise she has none to present.

Of course what that the GOP SHOULD do in my estimation is to simply give the woman her hearing, listen politely to what she has to say, let her have her time in the spotlight and get on with the damn vote.

But their blood is up and these tired old men will not do that, as correct as it might be from a tactical stand-point.

Right now Dianne Feinstein and the woman are playing this exactly right and they are playing it brilliantly.
